We can help you prepare your home for sale. To sell your house in weeks not months, start with an evaluation by a professional home stager.

The Staging Prince is a homeowner's advisory firm headed by its chief designer, Jerry White. Jerry has been trained in the science and art of home staging through Barbara Jennings’ Academy of Staging and Redesign, and he works with a group of licensed and insured professionals who can accomplish whatever is needed to get a client's house to market and showcase its best features. He is an experienced consultant with a track record of solving clients’ problems.
As director of planning and development for an international precious metals trading firm, Jerry's first major design project was moving the firm into the World Trade Center (in 1978). He worked with the architects, contractors and later the decorator for more than a year, getting the space ready for 220 employees. This secretive company wanted to openly welcome visitors and showcase its innovative trading room, but also wanted to protect its privacy. Jerry's creative design solution to this problem was extensive interior use of panels of gray glass, both hiding and revealing at the same time.
What was truly special about the WTC trading room was its use of custom-built traders' workstations, with custom-made keyboards, and quote screens fed from the firm's computers. These were based on a 1973 design of Jerry's he had installed in a trading room at 25 Broad Street (shown here) when he was trading manager. Never before had traders entered their own deals in a computer. Every foreign exchange trading room in the world now uses the traders' workstation concept, with built-in quote screens and keyboards for deal entry, usually supplied by a specialized workstation vendor.
A couple of years later Jerry founded an international software development firm with offices in Englewood Cliffs, London and Tokyo, which he ran for 25 years, supplying software to international banks. Jerry fitted his offices with unique programmers' clusters, modelled on the traders' workstations he had designed for his trading rooms, to foster efficiency and cooperation among the developers.
For several years thereafter he advised a family office on marketing and technology issues, and he continues to advise small-business clients on using the Internet effectively. In the spring of 2009 he was called on to locate space for and set up a large-scale cash-for-gold business in Westchester County, to design its analysis system, and to create its national marketing campaign.
Jerry has lived with his wife in Rockland County for 35 years, raised two kids (shown here with our four grandkids) and mastered virtually every challenge a Hudson Valley homeowner will run into, from swale and fountain construction to pool and deck repairs; from cracked water heaters and kitchen cabinet renovation to garden design and pest management; and from rabbits eating the hostas to computer cables running rampant.
As a home staging professional, advising homeowners in a competitive selling environment, Jerry brings his years of consulting and design experience, unique perspective and keen analytical mind to focus on the multiplicity of details involved in preparing a house for sale and presenting it to potential buyers. You can put Jerry's problem-solving talents to use in helping accomplish your goals. Jerry will work with you and your agent to help you sell your house faster and for more money.
